In compliance with Federal regulations regarding service refunds, Diamond Umpire Academy will issue a full refund of all registration fees (less service costs) if the request for a refund is made in writing within 3 business days of the original transaction. Tuition refunds (less service costs) will be made on a case by case basis for extenuating circumstances if requested 45 days before the camp date. Any requests less than 45 days prior to the camp cannot be honored.
Diamond Umpire Academy uses 95% of registration costs to assemble a camp staff that is second to none. Registration numbers are used in planning appropriate staff numbers and the associated fees collected provide the ability to make transportation reservations. For this reason, camp tuition must remain non-refundable.
COVID-19 Refund Policy: If a camp is cancelled by us due to COVID-19, or if a camper is exposed to COVID-19 or tests positive for COVID-19 and must withdrawl from the camp, a full refund will be issued.
