Description: Teaching, Observation, Audition Camp

This camp provides an excellent training opportunity for collegiate softball umpires aspiring to perfect their three-umpire mechanics and other important skills necessary to work at the highest level of college softball! Umpires will participate in a series of drills designed to perfect strike zones, timing, signals, mental toughness, rule knowledge, fly ball coverage, video review skills, visual acuity, self-evaluation and much more. Umpires will work innings of college level softball games at each position but may not work a full game at any one position. Umpires will receive in game and post-game feedback to polish existing skills and take performance to a new level.

Umpires will receive personalized classroom and field instruction. Skills will be reinforced through on field drills and scrimmage situations. Limited to 20 umpires. Collegiate three umpire system.
