Description: Teaching and Observation/Audition Camp:

DUA is thrilled to return to our original and most popular location- Disney’s Wide World of Sports.  Without a doubt the highest level of competition in our camp circuit to date.  Over 250 coaches in attendance that pushes the atmosphere of these games to an intense level.  WCWS and post-season DUA staff on hand to provide immediate in game and post game feed-back for all games.  Between game optional clinic stations hosted on a variety of topics by DUA staff.  A secure locker room with showers will be provided for the first time this year!  Coordinators and their trusted advisors will be on hand looking for talented umpires to hire and move up on their rosters.

We are pleased to announce the return of Dr. Megan Buning, Certified Mental Performance Consultant extraordinaire! Dr. Buning was a stand out All American pitcher in her at the University of South Carolina, where she was also inducted into the USC Athletic Hall of Fame. As a former standout softball player, an accomplished coach and analyst, and professor, Dr. Bunning brings a unique blend of softball experience to us from all sides of the game! Dr. Buning will be working with campers in large and small groups focusing on sports performance, focus, and mental mastery skills needed to excel at the highest levels.

Campers will work through specialized drill sessions with World Series umpires designed to target improved performance in seeing and tracking the ball, judgment, working the wedge, improving strike zones, and more! All camp games are evaluated. Campers will receive in game and post-game feedback.
