Description: Audition/Observation camp
DUA has moved its Florida operation to the Gainesville area! This camp will be a multi-site camp run in conjunction with some games now being played at the University of Florida. The second site will still be held at Newberry FL @ Champions Park, only a short ride from the home of the Gators. Campers will be given the opportunity to work games at both sites as well as receive on and off field instruction before and after all games. This camp is intended to provide an opportunity for umpires to audition for and/or move up in the ranks of NCAA conferences while being observed and instructed by SEC coordinator Christie Cornwell at the University of Florida as well as several other local and national coordinators at the Champions Park site. All games will be evaluated by our outstanding DUA staff of post season and WCWS umpires. Umpires will work games at all three positions.
